Nstars here refers to "Nstars" or "We", including the affiliates is here to protect privacy rights of its online users ("users" or "you"). Through privacy policy we provide you choices related to our use of your data including your personal information. We also show that how we can access the said information or data. We are committed to our utmost the value that we respect privacy of our users.

Nstars provides variety of mobile applications for range of target users including mobile applications for children under the age of 13 to mature target audience including user above the age of 18.

What You Consent:

whenever you download or use our apps, you agree to the terms and conditions under this privacy policy. Meaning thereby, you give an express consent to the collection, disclosure and use of your personal information. However, you may opt-out of collection of information by not using our apps and services.

We also comply with the restrictions on marketing to under 13 children right of privacy and safety online. Children under the age of 13 cannot use our app without having a prior consent of their legal guardians’ consent.  Similarly, children need their legal guardian consent for the removal of previous install apps from their devices.

Privacy Policy Related to Kids Apps:

Legal guardian of children under the age of 13 can seek guidance regarding the collection, usage and disclosure of personal information of children.

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA, http://www.coppa.org/coppa.htm) provides children with certain rights which Nstars also recognizes.

We don’t collect or store any of personal information related to children under the age of 13 knowingly or intentionally that are violation of COPPA. However, third-party (advertising networks, etc) may collect some of information.

Data Collection and Usage:

We may collect following types of data and information.

Non-Personal Information:

Nstars allows the collection of anonymous information to third party. Through this information users cannot be identified.  This non-personal information include your devices, browser type, language, operating system, screen resolution and geo location. Third party uses non-personal information for research and analysis purposes in strictly limited manner.

 

 

 

Kids’ Device Identification:

In order to serve with advertisement under rules and laws, we allow third party to collect IP addresses, unique device identification and advertising identifiers. But we don’t allow third party to get personal information.

How Do We Collect Information:

The SDKs in our Kids Apps collect non-personal information and Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier that may be stored on user’s device through cookies and local storage.

Information Sharing:

Under privacy statement, we only share information in following cases;

In case of a court order compilation, subpoena, any regulation, aid legal process, or some governmental request

While exercising or protecting the rights, any property, and of the Company's personal safety, our users, even others

In case of a legal guardian approval, and to provide certain services to such legal guardian 

For Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier collecting, holding, or managing through authorized third parties service providers, that is too for reasonable and business purposes

Given under applicable laws and rules for advertisements, to let our partners and affiliates so that they can serve the users with permitted advertisements

For detection and prevention of fraud, or otherwise security or concerning technical issues.

You will be notified of change of ownership to your information, in case we go for any merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of its assets.

Advertising:

We comply with laws while advertising and accept advertisement from third parties ad networks. We select ad networks that comply with US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) rules in Kids apps.

Advertisers collect non-personal information when a user clicks on advertisement, through cookies and other web-tracking technology. We may advertise our other apps in our Kids apps.

Non-Personal Information:

Nstars and third parties do not know users’ identity. Only following non-personal information is collected.

Technical information, behavioral, statistical information, and aggregate data

Browser identifiers, language, device type, network provider, version and operating system type

Session information, screen resolution, SDK version, API key, levels achieved

Any In-app purchases by the users, check application version, a Vendor of Android or iOS, status of the network, and Flash version

No of clicks on an advertisement, information regarding the ads that a user reviews

Also of the activities that a user does in our apps, particularly what tools the user uses in these apps

How does a user interact with the service, also the behavior of a user on the service

The non-personal information collected is hereby used to know statistics, for analyticity, or any research, or development purpose or to improve and customize our applications. Whereas, when your access the service, third parties gather non-personal information. The purpose is providing better and improved content, developing new offers, measuring traffic and usage on our apps, promoting our apps and improving the user experience. Similarly, third party relating to Analytical services know your usage of the service, therefore, they may collect particular information of such usage.
